District and Sessions Court

The Session court was established in the year 1912, earlier this Sessions Division had jurisdiction over Gurgaon, Delhi and Rohtak Districts. But later on Rohtak, Gurgaon and Delhi were also separated as Session divisions. Presently, Sonepat Session Division includes District Sonipat also. A computer centre has been established by NIC Sonepat in this Sessions Division, which is working. One E.P.U., one Server, one U.P.S, eight terminals, five printers and ten line driver where provided by N.I.C.

Preparation of cause list
Pay bills,
Annual budget,
Judgments of the courts of District/Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Sonepat
Office work etc.
